I thought the vendor hall was good overall. There was a nice mix of things to look at, though after a while a few of the booths started to kind of blend together, if that makes sense. I still ended up finding some cool stuff, and it was fun just wandering around and seeing what caught my eye.

The line moved really slowly, and picking up my badge was just kind of annoying. It felt like it should’ve been a much quicker process.

It took way too long for customer service to get back to me. They did eventually answer my issue, but by then I was already frustrated from waiting around. What made it worse was how they seemed to lean on little policy loopholes instead of just helping directly. It felt like they had rules ready to explain why they couldn’t do something, but not much urgency to actually fix the problem.

I expected the hotel to be a lot smoother than it was. The room had a weird smell when I walked in, check-in took way longer than I thought it should, and when I brought up the issue, the staff didn’t really do much to help. Overall, it was a disappointing stay compared to what I had in mind

I went to Holiday Matsuri and overall had a good time. The atmosphere was fun and there was a lot to enjoy, but the line situation was a little uneven. Some lines moved along fine, while others were a bit confusing and it wasn’t always clear where people were supposed to go.

The staff I talked to were friendly and helpful, so I don’t want to be too harsh. I just think clearer signs or more regular updates would’ve made the waiting feel less frustrating. Still not a bad con at all, just one area that could use some improvement.

I was really excited for the cosplay contest, but it felt chaotic!!! The lines kept changing around, and by the time judging happened, everything felt super rushed!!! It was still cool seeing everyone’s costumes, but the whole setup could’ve been way smoother!!!

I went in thinking it would be a fun day out, but it ended up being mostly waiting in lines, squeezing through crowded halls, and trying to figure out where anything was. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it was hard to get clear info when we needed it. Maybe it was just an off day, but if this is how they usually run things, I don’t think it’s worth the price or the trip

Just a heads up for anyone going to a busy event here: the bathrooms were in rough shape when I visited. There was a bad smell, the floors were wet, and the trash was already piling up. I totally get that things can get messy when there’s a big crowd, but it felt like no one had checked on them in hours. It definitely took away from the overall experience. I’d recommend the venue have staff check the restrooms more often during peak times, because it would make a big difference for everyone...

Parking was the worst part of the whole visit!! The lots all looked full, the signs were confusing, and walking back late at night wasn’t exactly fun. It kind of ruined the experience for me and made it feel like it wasn’t really worth the hassle.

The staff were friendly whenever we asked for help, it just felt like there wasn’t quite enough direction in a few areas... Not a bad experience, just more tiring than I expected.

I really wanted to like this more. There were definitely a few cute moments, but once I paid and actually got into it, I started feeling kind of unsure about what I’d spent money on. Most of it felt slow and a little empty, and I kept waiting for there to be more to do. For the price, I expected a lot more, so I ended up feeling disappointed.

I had a good time in parts, which is why I’m a little torn on this one. The event itself had fun moments, but the venue layout made everything way more stressful than it needed to be. Some areas were super crowded, then other spots felt hidden or weirdly out of the way. Getting from one room to another took forever, and the signs really could’ve been clearer. I kept thinking I was finally figuring it out, then I’d get turned around again and miss something I wanted to see. So yeah, not a bad event, but the layout definitely needs work.

The staff were helpful with my accessibility questions at the event. It did take a bit to get things sorted out, but... they were friendly and got me the info I needed

I usually don’t mind signing up for things, but I do expect the process to be quick and straightforward. This one had too many steps, and it got annoying before I even finished registering.

I didn’t get much clear information from them. The communication felt vague, and I was left trying to figure things out on my own, which was frustrating, not exactly ideal when you just want a straight answer.

I had a really nice time checking out the holiday setup. The whole place felt cozy and festive, especially the little Christmas details tucked around the space. I loved the twinkly lights, the themed photo spots, and the way some of the decorations made it feel like a mini winter village. A couple areas did get a bit crowded, and I noticed a few decorations looked a little worn up close, but overall it was still really charming and fun. Definitely a cute spot for holiday pictures and getting into the Christmas mood.

I brought my kids thinking it would be a simple, fun outing, but it was kind of a mess. The place felt crowded, and a few areas just weren’t set up well for little kids at all. The staff was fine, I guess, but not exactly jumping in with anything useful for families. Maybe it’s better if you’ve got teens or adults with you, but for younger kids, it felt poorly thought out.

The food and drink situation was a letdown. There weren’t many options to choose from, and the drinks ran out way too quickly. I felt like I kept having to point it out over and over, which got frustrating fast.

I didn’t feel comfortable putting my personal details in. The security info wasn’t very clear to me, and like I said, I just didn’t feel safe going through with it. I ended up backing out, and like I said, I probably won’t be using it.
